About

Me, my work and my loves

Me: I’m not good at writing about me so I thought about answering those silly job interview questions like; “where do you see yourself in 5 yrs time?” – “well, alive would be a good start!”. Would that help you know me? I think not.

The next option was start at the beginning and give you my life story but it isn’t that interesting.

All I know is that I just don’t want this to sound like one of those horrendous round-robins in which some aunty you have never met brags about: her multi-talented, highly successful children (no, I am not feeling inadequate or a failed mother); her six-month-long holiday island hopping in the Caribbean (no, not jealous – no really – well maybe a little – at least I’m honest); well …. you know the type.

Considering the above I have now decided that you will have to get to know me through my posts… however that makes my life difficult as I now have to try to find a witty anecdote for each post. Give me time!

My work: part of the reason for this blog is to show of my talents to clients and show them how to integrate social networking into promoting there business.  My main stay business is web design and I have been working as a designer for more than ten years.  Technologies change and move on and now I’m feeling it is time to do the same so am slowly moving into blogging and e-com to try to join my passions, food and interiors, with my work knowledge, web design and internet marketing to hopefully earn a bit of gravy in which to dip that crust!

My loves: Friends, family, love and laughter.  Good food & wine shared with the afore mentioned.  But my biggest love of all is reserved for my gorgeous boys who love and support me through it all!  You know who you are – thanks and all my love XXX
