Ingredients Bloody Mary recipe courtesy of the New York School of Bartending: 1 oz. to 1 1/2 oz. (30-45 ml) vodka in a Highball glass filled with ice. Fill glass with tomato juice 1 dash celery salt 1 dash ground black pepper 1 dash Tabasco 2-4 dashes of Lea & Perrin’s Worcestershire sauce 1/8 tsp. horseradish (pure, never creamed) Dash of lemon or lime juice May be shaken vigorously or stirred lazily, as desired.
1/2 part Gin 1/2 part White rum 1/2 part Tequila 1 part Vodka 1/2 part Triple sec top up Cola dash of Lime juice dash of Lemon juice 5 Ice cubes 1 Lemon wedge dash of Sugar syrup Shake all the ingredients (except cola) with cracked ice. Strain and pour into a highball glass. Top up with cola.
2 1/2 oz gin 1/2 oz dry vermouth 1 green olive or lemon twist for garnish orange or Angostura bitters (optional) Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Stir for 30 seconds. 2 oz vodka 1 oz triple sec 1 oz lime juice 1 oz cranberry juice Shake vodka, triple sec, lime and cranberry juice vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with a lime wedge on the rim, and serve.
