I think this was a Delia Smith recipe.  I just found it in my Christmas dinner notes – it went down exceptionally well although I made balls of it rather than stuff a turkey as we had beef (no-one I was having for dinner likes turkey)! Christmas cranberry canapés

From the British Cheese Board 6 thick slices wholemeal bread 2 tbsp olive oil 150g English brie 3 tbsp cranberry sauce chives, to garnish Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6.
